SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. All packages are sent USPS Priority mail. Expected delivery time frame is 2-3 business days, depending on exact location within the US.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, customized items are not eligible for return. We want to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at lynnandleeshop@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Any products marked "final sale"  do not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
